By aligning enabling methodologies that adhere to industry standards and support the defined business processes, HP provides consistency and reuse of architecture components that will lower the total cost of ownership across the enterprise and use existing investments by seamlessly integrating existing applications into the CIO-SP3 common enterprise framework.

Task Area 4–Outsourcing
HP Enterprise Services, formerly EDS, founded the IT outsourcing industry nearly 50 years ago. Today, we deliver a broad portfolio of information technology, applications and business process outsourcing services to government and commercial clients around the globe.
Task Area 5–IT Operations and Maintenance
HP provides a full and comprehensive set of services for both government and commercial clients, from operations and maintenance of outsourced environment services to operating and maintaining a client-owned infrastructure.
Task Area 6–Integration Services
We use our knowledge of technology platforms, our systems integration experience, and software tools to provide integration services that achieve business objectives in less time and at a lower cost.
Task Area 7–Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance
With more than 200 security consultants delivering the full range of security services to the U.S. federal government, HP has experience with all government security standards and methodologies in the federal civilian, state and local, and U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) areas. In addition, HP is ISO 27001:2005 registered.
Task Area 8–Digital Government
HP offers a broad array of services supporting digital government, including data integration and data warehousing services, business intelligence consulting, HP portals and collaboration services, electronic commerce and electronic data interchange, customer relationship management and knowledge management.
Task Area 9–Enterprise Resource Planning
Our Enterprise Applications (EA) capability provides end-to-end application services across the commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape focusing on SAP, Oracle, (Siebel and PeopleSoft), and Microsoft technologies.
